3.2 Contact Data. Philippine mobile phone number, email address, and residential address (required for KYC verification and account communications).
3.3 Financial Data. GCash account number, Maya account details, bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other registered bank), USDT wallet address, deposit and withdrawal history, and transaction amounts. filbit does not store full credit or debit card numbers.
3.4 KYC Document Data. Images or copies of government-issued identification documents submitted for identity verification purposes. These are stored in encrypted, access-restricted document management systems.
3.5 Gaming Data. Game session logs, bet amounts and types, game outcomes, account balance history, bonus utilization records, and responsible gaming tool settings (e.g., deposit limit configurations, self-exclusion records).
3.6 Technical Data. IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, time zone, session timestamps, and referring URL. This data is collected automatically when you access the Platform.

Where filbit's payment providers (GCash, Maya) redirect you to their own platforms to complete transactions, those platforms operate under their own privacy policies. filbit is not responsible for the data practices of third-party payment processors once you have been redirected to their interface.
The filbit Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and older. filbit does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. If filbit determines that personal data has been collected from an individual who is underage, that data will be deleted and the associated account terminated.
