These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the filbit platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on filbit.club, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.
The full legal text is below. These six cards highlight the most important rules that affect every filbit player in the Philippines.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on filbit. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and Philippine law. Age is verified during KYC. Under-age accounts are terminated and balances frozen pending investigation.
Each player is permitted a single filbit account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of how they're created — are a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances held across all accounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.
KYC document verification is required before the first withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used for deposits and that belong to the account holder. Third-party payment is not permitted.
Collusion, use of automated betting systems, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. filbit reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction. filbit operates under PAGCOR licensing and is bound by applicable Philippine gaming and financial regulations.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and filbit ("filbit," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at filbit.club ("Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing games, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and older. This requirement is a mandatory condition of filbit's PAGCOR license and Philippine law. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. filbit reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
3.2 Philippine Residency and Legal Use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. filbit targets Filipino players and operates under PAGCOR regulation applicable to the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) filbit Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. filbit will terminate all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. filbit will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to secure your password or shared your credentials with third parties. You must notify filbit immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4.1 Verification Requirement. In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, filbit is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time based on account activity or regulatory requirements.
4.2 Accepted Documents. The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC purposes: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO-issued), SSS ID, GSIS ID, Postal ID, and Voter's ID. Additional supporting documents (proof of address, source of funds declaration) may be required for higher-value accounts.
4.3 Verification Process. You must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of your documents. filbit will complete the verification review within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a player fails to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request, filbit reserves the right to return deposited funds (less any winnings from bonus funds) to the original payment source and close the Account.
5.1 Deposits. filbit accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven (via DragonPay), and USDT. The minimum deposit is ₱100. filbit does not accept cash deposits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or converted at the prevailing rate for cryptocurrency deposits.
5.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically take 15–30 minutes. filbit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are issued exclusively to payment methods that have been used for deposits and that are registered in the name of the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. filbit targets same-day processing for most withdrawal requests received before 3:00 PM Philippine time. In practice, GCash and Maya withdrawals typically credit within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. filbit is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving institution.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of ₱100,000 and a monthly limit of ₱2,000,000. VIP tier players may be subject to higher limits as communicated by their account manager.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. filbit reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before such fees are applied. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by filbit are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bets), game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These Terms apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are displayed on the Platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (not the deposit + bonus, unless otherwise stated). Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. The applicable contribution percentages for each bonus are specified on the bonus page.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. filbit reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, matched betting, or use of strategies that exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be closed.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game on the filbit Platform is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects a game's outcome, filbit reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's Real Money Balance. filbit's decision on malfunction-affected bets is final.
7.3 Incomplete Transactions. If a game session is interrupted due to connectivity failure on the player's side, filbit's servers will complete the round based on the game's outcome algorithm. Reconnecting to the Platform will reflect the final resolved outcome.
7.4 Bet Limits. Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed in the game interface. filbit may modify bet limits at any time, including imposing individual player limits based on account history or risk management requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the filbit Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
All content on the filbit Platform — including but not limited to the filbit brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of filbit or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of filbit. Unauthorized use of filbit's intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement and is actionable under Philippine law.
filbit's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at filbit.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key principles:
11.1 Age Restriction. All players must be 21 years of age or older. filbit strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification.
11.2 Self-Management Tools. filbit provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all players through their account settings. filbit encourages all players to use these tools proactively.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting filbit's support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and may be set for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you may not register a new account or access the Platform.
11.4 Problem Gambling. If gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of those around you, please seek help. filbit supports access to responsible gaming resources. Players in the Philippines may contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming division for guidance.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. filbit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, filbit's total liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 filbit is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) losses arising from internet connectivity failure; (c) losses caused by the Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) losses resulting from the Player's own decisions regarding wagering.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits filbit's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
13.1 filbit's Rights. filbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:
13.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deducting applicable fees or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to KYC completion.
filbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter player rights) may take effect immediately. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 PAGCOR Oversight. filbit operates under a valid PAGCOR license. Regulatory complaints regarding the Platform may be submitted directly to PAGCOR through their official channels.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and filbit, you should first contact filbit's support team through live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
